To enable us to provide a fast and efficient repair service it is important to BOOK A REPAIR TIME.
There are three easy ways you can book your Smart Device in for repair.
1. Drop off in person
- Call 1300 JSD Demo to book a repair date and time with our Technician.
- We will provide you with a drop off address at this time.
- When your repair is complete we will contact you to arrange collection.
2. Send your Smart Device to us by Australia Post
- Call 1300 JSD Demo to book your repair.
- Fill in this Booking Form.
- Place your Smart Device and your completed Booking Form in a padded post bag and send to Just Smart Devices - address will be confirmed when booking. We recommend Australia Post Padded Bag PB1 for Apple iPhones and Samsung Galaxy and Australia Post Padded Bag PB3 for Apple iPads.
- When we receive your Smart Device we will contact you to confim your repair cost and when your repair will be completed.
- You can either choose to pick up your phone in person or enclose a self-addressed stamped Padded Post Bag. Alternatively, we can post it back to your nominated address for the Standard Australia Post fee.
3. Send your Smart Device to us by Courier
- Is your repair URGENT? At many locations we can pick up and then return your Smart Device to your home or workplace by Courier.
- Call us on 1300 JSD Demo to book a repair day with our Technician, we will give you labelling advice for your package and an estimated repair cost.
- Fill in this Booking Form
- Place your Smart Device and your completed Booking Form in an envelope and label as instructed.
- The Courier will pick up your Smart Device on the repair day - this can be your home or workplace.
- Once your repair is complete, we will contact you and confirm the final repair cost for payment. Then, upon payment we will send your Smart Device to your nominated address via Courier.
